If you would like more information about how Home-Start Perth could help you then you can either talk to your health visitor, GP or social worker or contact us yourself – families can ask for support themselves or can be referred by a health or social worker. Home-Start support is free. Our leaflet "Help for your Family" can also tell you more about Home-Start.

Once you have been referred, a Co-ordinator will contact you and arrange to visit for a chat and to clarify your needs. Once the service offered by Home-Start has been explained to you, you can decide whether or not you would like a volunteer to visit. The Co-ordinator will then decide which volunteer would be best suited to your needs and the visits can start, usually within 3-4 weeks.

To find out more about how Home-Start could help you, speak to your Health Visitor or Social Worker or contact us.
